​Dietary requirements & ALLERGIES

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for allergens due to the risk of cross contamination.
As all of our food is freshly made in the same kitchen, we can not guarantee that our dishes do not contain traces of allergens. Every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination during the food preparation and serving process. If you require more information regarding ingredients, please ask a member of staff before ordering.

Items will show on our online ordering platform if they are in stock.​

Any modifications to your order must be clearly stated on order, by writing in detail on order notes. ​
Food prepared in our kitchen may contain the following ingredients/ traces may be found: Milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, mustard, fish & crustaceans.

Ordering
Please make sure your order status is marked ‘confirmed’ before collecting your order.

We advise that you create an account so that you can view your order status.
If you are unsure about anything, please call us here to confirm.

​If you have selected collection for ‘ASAP please allow approx. 30 minutes from order approval for preparation time. This time can vary and whilst we will try to get your order to you as soon as we can, this may be longer in peak times.

​All food is prepared and freshly cooked to order, therefore, the occasional delay may occur.
Items may become 'out of stock' and taken off the online ordering platform.
​At very busy times, we may disable the ordering platform. If you cannot place an order online.

Cancelation
Cancelations or amended orders are not accepted once cooking has started. It is your responsibility to check over your online order on confirmation.
